We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were shipped. This includes the original item, packaging, and any included components. Items that show signs of damage, excessive wear, alteration, or misuse after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost during return transit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after inspection.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, we will provide appropriate return or replacement instructions.
Because many of our items are collectible or media-based, condition 100% matters. Returned items must reflect the condition as originally described and shipped. Items returned in a materially different condition will be subject to reduced or denied refunds.
Sealed / New Old Stock (NOS) items:
Sealed items (including New Old Stock) must be returned unopened and in the same sealed condition to be eligible for a full refund. If a sealed item is opened, it is no longer considered the same condition as sold and may not be eligible for return. If you receive a sealed item that is damaged in transit or we sent the wrong item, contact us promptly and we will provide return or replacement instructions.
If an item is unsealed, you are dissatisfied with its condition, or we sent you the wrong item, you may return it within the return window for a 100% refund, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
