Nils Lofgren

Born on June 21, 1951, in Chicago, Illinois, Nils Lofgren is an accomplished American singer-songwriter and rock musician. He is known for his multifaceted talents as a recording artist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Lofgren has made significant contributions to the music world not only as a solo artist but also as a prominent member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band since 1984. His musical journey includes stints with Crazy Horse during the years 1970 to 1971 and again in 1973, and he rejoined the group in 2018. Additionally, Lofgren is the founder and frontman of the band Grin. In recognition of his contributions, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band in 2014.
