DJ REN-D BIO / DISCOGRAPHY
Rendy Pisani, known professionally as DJ REN-D, has been a pivotal figure in Malta’s dance music scene since the early 1990s. Widely recognized as one of the most exciting and prominent DJs in the industry, REN-D has garnered acclaim for his exceptional technical skills and thoughtfully curated sets.
As the dance scene in Malta flourished, REN-D's unique sound emerged, characterized by a twisted, dark, and danceable house fusion. His style incorporates elements of tech, minimal, electro, tribal, melodic, and bass-line driven vocals, making his performances memorable.
REN-D's passion for music began at an early age, and by the mid-1990s, the demand for his live sets transformed his hobby into a significant career. Through hard work, determination, and innate talent, he has established himself as one of the most influential artists in Malta's dance music landscape, earning a loyal following over the years.

He has held residencies at some of Malta's most legendary clubs for over two decades while also securing high-profile gigs around the world in countries including the UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, the USA, Italy, South Africa, Greece, and Ibiza, among others.
In 1998, REN-D began his foray into music production at DeepCity Studios in Malta, where he released tracks on the British label Dark House Music/Phuture Trax and the German label Roomshaker (Trinity Funk). He has also collaborated with Trevor Rockliffe and Scan-X from the French label F Communications, who produced successful remixes of his work. REN-D releases music under various project names, including DJ REN-D, XAVIER, 2 FUNKY!, THE AUTOMATES, and DEEPCITY.
In 1999, he relocated to Germany to further promote his music, producing his sound at TIME TOOLS, one of the world’s most respected recording studios, which has hosted notable DJs and producers such as Timo Maas, Loco Dice, Andy Bolleshon, and Martin Butrich.
REN-D's career gained international momentum as his production and DJ skills became widely recognized.
