A pivotal moment arrived in 2010 when he was hospitalized with serious health issues, prompting him to realize that change was necessary. It was then that he rediscovered his affinity for music. After selling his companies and donating the proceeds to charity, he traveled the globe to share his experiences with startups and managers, forming the basis for his book, "Redesign." He also returned to music, dedicating himself to the decks and studio, while receiving mentorship from industry professionals to rekindle his passion for the art.

In 2015, Sebastiaan launched Redesign Records, aiming to cultivate an active community of music enthusiasts. The label quickly became a platform for emerging talents and established artists, as well as a venue for his original works. In 2017, his tracks "Super Me," "Temple," and "Money on the Table" garnered over 250,000 streams on Spotify, resonating with the next generation of music lovers and drawing support from prominent DJ producers such as Don Diablo, Martin Garrix, Sam Feldt, and Zonderling. He also recently initiated his weekly Redesign Radio show, which reaches 28 million listeners per month.
