Brad Fischetti was born on September 11, 1975, in New York City. During his teenage years, he explored various interests in music and modeling before briefly attending the University of Texas. Driven by a desire to pursue a career in Hip-Hop, he relocated to Florida, where he began working with Lou Pearlman. It was in this environment that he met Rich Cronin and Brian "Brizz" Gillis, leading to the formation of the band LFO.
LFO signed with Trans Continental Records/Logic Records and released several singles, including "Step By Step," "(Sex U Up) The Way You Like It," "Paul Revere," and "If I Can't Have You," while also touring globally and opening for LL Cool J. After Brizz departed from the group, he was succeeded by vocalist Harold "Devin" Lima. The turning point for the band came when a radio DJ in Washington, D.C., played the b-side of an LFO demo tape, resulting in their hit song "Summer Girls," which topped charts and achieved platinum status. Their debut album on Arista Records featured popular singles such as "Girl On TV," "I Don't Wanna Kiss You Goodnight," and "West Side Story," ultimately selling over two and a half million copies. The group toured with Britney Spears, headlined Nickelodeon's All That Music Tour, made numerous television appearances, and had a cameo in the film Longshot.
LFO's second album, Life Is Good, was released on J Records, featuring the single "Every Other Time." However, the album suffered from a lack of promotion from the label, leading to the band's hiatus due to the changing landscape of pop music.
Brad was actively involved in the business side of LFO, which later facilitated his establishment of One Eleven Records. The label has released critically acclaimed albums by various artists, including Rookie of the Year, Kiernan McMullan, and Devin Lima & the Cadbury Diesel. One of the label's initial projects was Brad's solo album, Amiland, released under the alias Sari.
In 2009, LFO reunited for their Boys of Summer tour, where they engaged with fans through meet and greets. Following the tour, Brad and Devin collaborated on a trip-hop project called The Xiles, sharing demo songs on their now-defunct YouTube channel and social media. They also quietly released a two-track holiday EP, Hip Hop Christmas, which was re-released more widely through LFO's website in 2018 with new artwork and liner notes. Tragically, in 2010, LFO's Rich Cronin passed away due to complications from leukemia.
Aside from managing One Eleven Records, Brad found fulfillment in his work at a church in Celebration, Florida, where he serves as Director of Operations & Music.
In 2016, 98 Degrees invited Brad and Devin to join them on stage for a TRL montage during their performance. When they took the stage as "Summer Girls" played, the audience's enthusiastic response led to a tour manager suggesting a reunion tour. Initially hesitant, Brad and Devin ultimately accepted the offer as a tribute to Rich Cronin and the legacy of LFO.
The following year, the duo released a new LFO single titled "Perfect 10" and embarked on a successful summer tour. They had planned for a new leg of the tour when Devin received a diagnosis of stage 4 adrenal cancer, prompting the postponement of the tour. He passed away a little over a year later.
In 2019, Fischetti began hosting the Pop 2000 Tour, featuring artists such as O-Town, Aaron Carter, and Ryan Cabrera, as a means to honor Rich, Devin, and the lasting impact of LFO. During this tour, he performs an LFO medley alongside O-Town, which has become a highlight of the event.
