BOZENNA INTRATOR
Bozenna Intrator is a multifaceted producer and author, writing in German, Polish, and English. Her diverse body of work encompasses poems, song lyrics, short stories, novels, theater plays, translations of theater plays, screenplays, and adaptations, as well as photography and painting.
Intrator has achieved chart success across various radio stations and television networks in Poland. Her plays and their translations have been performed in distinguished theaters throughout the country and aired on Polish Public Television. Notably, she wrote screenplays for popular Polish TV series, including “Hela w opałach,” which is based on the American series “Grace Under Fire.” Additionally, she has penned screenplays for English-language films, with her latest project set to premiere on July 6 at the Taormina Film Fest in Italy.
Her career also includes significant contributions to advertising projects in cities like New York, Paris, Vienna, and Warsaw, where she collaborated with David Intrator until 1996 on creative concepts and their execution for clients such as IBM, BMW, Swiss Air, Blizzard, Camaro, and Hochland.
Intrator’s literary works have been featured in various literary magazines across Poland, Austria, Germany, and the United States. She has served as a translator and interpreter for organizations including Drehbuchforum Wien in Austria and FOCAL Stiftung Weiterbildung Film und Audiovision in Switzerland, participating in film workshops with notable figures such as Krzysztof Kieslowski. Moreover, she has been involved with numerous theaters and festivals, including Warszawska Jesień Teatralna (The Warsaw Theater Fall), Gdynia Star Festival, and Drama Laboratory.
