Cliff Richard - I'm Nearly Famous - 1976 - EX - Ultrasonic Clean - Looks like MCA was being generous here, a very nice EX, I counted a grand total of 1 very light, superficial scuff line that is cosmetic at worst. MCA inner sleeve (MCA stopped this practice pretty quick, so I found this one surprising), a solid pressing, but the cover has seen some miles! Includes lyric sheet! - The record has been cleaned using ultrasonic technology and is in strong EX/EX condition. The cover is crisp, only a VG+ because of age!

Cliff Richard
Born on October 14, 1940, in Lucknow, India, to British parents, he has become known as Britain's most successful home-grown pop star. He holds the remarkable distinction of having over 130 singles, albums, and EPs reach the UK Top 20, more than any other artist. His impressive tally includes 14 UK number one singles, or 18 depending on the counting methodology used. Notably, he shares the record (with Elvis Presley) for being the only act to appear on the UK singles charts across all six decades from the 1950s to the 2000s.
In the 1950s, he was initially backed by The Drifters (2), who later became known as The Shadows. His rise to fame began in 1958 with the release of "Move It," a rock 'n' roll track reminiscent of Elvis Presley. However, similar to Elvis, his musical output soon transitioned into a series of inoffensive, predominantly middle-of-the-road songs. His wholesome, teen-heart-throb persona was prominently featured in a number of lively and innocent film musicals, including "The Young Ones" (1962) and "Summer Holiday" (1963).
In the late 1970s, he underwent a surprising transformation into a mildly-heavy rocker, finally gaining the US recognition that had previously eluded him when "Devil Woman" climbed into the top ten there. His 1979 release "We Don't Talk Anymore" became his biggest-selling single worldwide, paving the way for more hits to follow. In 1983, he celebrated his 25th anniversary in the industry with the retrospective album "Silver," which included new material in diverse styles. By late 2013, he marked another milestone with the release of his 100th album, titled "The Fabulous Rock 'N' Roll Songbook."

- Record was initially cleaned manually, then ultrasonically cleaned with iSonic Ultrasonic Cleaning prior to grading
- Records are packaged with a poly outer sleeve, the LP is placed in a fresh white inner sleeve directly after cleaning, (we include the accompanying sleeve, we send you both), separate from the cover to protect the seams during shipment, and of course, shipped within thick cardboard insert pads in a thick cardboard record mailer.

SEALED/Mint:
Vinyl: Assumed mint, unverified until opened.
Sleeve: Visible through shrink wrap, graded as above.
NM (Near Mint):
Vinyl: Nearly flawless, with possible minor scuffs or hairlines only visible under strong light.
Sleeve: Appears new, as if freshly printed.
EX (Excellent):
Vinyl: Bright, with minor surface wear and hairlines, not affecting play.
Sleeve: May have faint creases or abrasions, but artwork is clean.
VG+ (Very Good Plus):
Vinyl: Obvious wear, scuffs and hairlines, plays with some noise but no major sound issues.
Sleeve: Worn with creases, noticeable wear, acid deterioration, corner dings, chipping, and possible seam wear.
Here's the typical SRO Records line in the sand. Anything below VG+, unless it's rare, unusual or just awesome, we're NOT going to sell online, much less go through the hassle of an ultrasonic cleaning, we're going to put it in one of many $10 Record boxes that we sell at Record Conventions and events. Some will wind up in the $1 Box, just to get it back out into the world for someone to enjoy or make a planter out of.
VG (Very Good):
Vinyl: Dull appearance with many hairlines and scuffs, somehow plays with persistent noise but no skips.
Sleeve: Worn with possible seam splits and moderate ring wear.
G+ (Good Plus):
Vinyl: Numerous marks and scratches, plays with significant noise but music usually overpowers flaws.
Sleeve: Rough appearance with possible seam splits and water damage.
G (Good):
Vinyl: Copious unforgettable marks, probably a skip or jump.
Sleeve: Heavy ring wear and damage, likely large seam splits or water damage.
F (Fair):
Vinyl: It's round with nearly infinite damage, skipper gonna skip
Sleeve: It's basically what's left of the sleeve for the album
