Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SRO Records (srorecords.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and grading of all vinyl records, CDs, and other products. However:

• Vinyl grading is subjective and may vary between collectors
• We use industry-standard grading (Mint, Near Mint, VG+, VG, etc.)
• Photos may not capture all details - please contact us with questions before purchasing
• All used records are sold "as described" unless otherwise noted

Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or orders.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as shown at checkout
• You must be 18 years or older to make purchases
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

Shipping

We ship domestically (USA) and internationally to select countries. See our International Shipping page for details.

• Domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days
• International orders may take 7-21 days depending on location and customs
• We are not responsible for customs delays or fees
• Packages are shipped at buyer's risk unless insurance is purchased

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is significantly different from its description
• The item arrives damaged (you must notify us within 48 hours with photos)
• The item is defective and was not disclosed

Returns are NOT accepted for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Minor cosmetic issues consistent with the item's grade
• Damaged items not reported within 48 hours

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Buying Collections

When selling your collection to SRO Records:

• All offers are final once accepted
• You certify that you own the items being sold
• SRO Records has sole discretion on what items to accept
• Payment is made upon pickup or receipt of items

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by SRO Records or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

SRO Records is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Damage to equipment from website use
• Shipping carrier delays or loss

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
